Diversity Rules : Adriana Hurtado : Dollar ReDe$ign 2010

“The American currency system has always been based on our political forefathers. My inspiration for the new American currency is based upon not only politicians, but both men and women who have made a significant impact to our great nation. My intentions were to feature individuals with as diverse backgrounds as possible in both culture and career. The United States of America is the great melting pot of freedom and this deserves to be represented in our currency as we continue to move deeper into the 21st century.”

  1. I have a few issues with this. First off, Amelia Earhart looks like a 3-year-old boy. Second, Walt Disney was an asshole. And last but not least, who needs a 1000-dollar bill, let alone one with Frank Sinatra on it? None of this makes sense. It’s a load of outdated pop-culture crap.
