Moving Along : John Koenig : Dollar ReDe$ign

“I say bring on the color. I grew up with the rainbow science posters that are the Swiss franc notes, so let’s move beyond pale green. The swatch in the upper left would distinguish denominations in a wallet or a stack of cash. Each one of the Bill of Rights appears in the white space. I chose National Parks for the obverse because they have more to say about why the United States is great than a monument to one person.”

  1. Too bad the image on the $100 bill is actually in the Torres del Paine National Park in southern Chile, and not Alaska. Busted!! :-)
